Words of the Gods - Volume 1

Hark the words of the gods, for it is their will that they be heard. Follow the teachings of the gods, for it is their will that they be followed. Honor the priests of the gods, for they are chosen.

The Word of Innos: And if you understand not, doubt not the words of the priests, for their ways are just and their wisdom true. For I am the rising sun, the light and the life. And whosoever stands against the sun, stands against me, and shall be cast forevermore into the shadows.

The Word of Adanos: Labor and live, for the day was made that man should labor. Seek learning and wisdom, that you may give it forth again; thus were you created. But he that is idle and slothful shall be cast forevermore into the shadows.

The Word of Beliar: But he that does iniquity and sets himself against the will of the gods, him I will smite: his body with pain, with sorrow, and with death; but his spirit I will take unto me, forevermore into the shadows.
