Rune 'Teleport to the Sunken Tower'

How they cast. A scroll is consumed when you read it and casts the spell once. A rune sits in your hotbar and can be cast again as often as your mana allows. Both spend mana with every casting, and neither obeys you until you have learned to read magic and reached the fourth circle.
